Our staff is fully licensed, trained and insured. We also choose staff that has a holistic philsophy and shares our vision of service.

Lisa Werner graduated from Purdue Nursing School (1981) and spent 15 years working as an intensive care nurse. In 2001, she graduated from the Blue Heron Academy of Massage, where she trained in medical massage, trigger point release, TMJ therapy, reflexology and Reiki.
Lisa is also our Esthestician. Trained in advanced skin care, microdermabrasion, and product knowlege. She believes in mind, body and spirit connections, empowering individual self-healing.

Cathy Siddall graduated from the Blue Heron Academy of Massage, where she trained in medical massage, trigger point release, and focus is deep tissue practices using multiple disciplines, she is a 1200 hour trained therapist. She also has a B.S. in psychology from Purdue University, 15 years Home Health Care and is CMT. She enjoys working on specific issues related to musculature.

Jennifer Swain graduated from Clinical Massage Therapy School, where she trained in specific zone treatments and and focus is deep tissue practices using multiple disciplines. Her massage pressure is firm yet gentle. She enjoys her work and loves meeting clients.

Joy Glass graduated from Spring Renewal Massage School in Sagatuck, MI. Customizing the session to support the individual needs of each client, she is skillful in creating each session to fit with the clients needs and goals, always taking care to make sure pressure is just right for the client's comfort. Joy specializes in a range of modalities including Prenatal Massage from Relaxing to Pain Releaving, incorporating many tequniques she has learned from the past 8 years of her career.
